Do you offer free shipping?

As a Quick One Safety customer, you will receive free shipping on all orders placed.

When will my order ship?

Buy with 100% Confidence. Get our same-day shipping assurance, for items shipped within the continental U.S., when your order is received on weekdays by 1 p.m. Eastern time, which may be a different time zone from you. Shipping occur Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

What are the shipping times?

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Currently subject to limited product availability on select high-demand pandemic-related items. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

What is the returns policy?

GRAINGER 30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE. You can return your purchase for any reason for exchange or refund up to thirty (30) days from the date of invoice unless otherwise noted. Proof of purchase from Grainger is required for all returns. Grainger’s 30-day satisfaction guarantee does not apply to “Sourced Products” and products sold on a “Final Sale” basis. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

How does the returns process work?

If you need to return an item, contact us directly at Customer Care at (305) 262-2234 or ship the product to the nearest Quick One Safety location. When returning a product, please do the following:

  1. Carefully package the item(s) and include the packing slip with reason for return written on the packing slip. If the packing slip is not available, please provide the purchase date, the original invoice number and the item number for the product.
  2. Indicate whether you would like a replacement product or a credit.
  3. Please prepay shipping

What is a final sale item?

FINAL SALE ITEMS. Items sold on a “Final Sale” basis include: (i) Custom items; (ii) purchases made under the Custom Product Center on grainger.com; (iii) special-order items; (iv) emergency response items; (v) items marked in Sourced Product quotations or invoices as “Non-Cancellable” or “Non-Returnable” and (vi) any other items that Grainger may designate as a “Final Sale” from time to time.
